A partnership dedicated to respiratory health prevention
On Wednesday, May 27, 2026, IHU RespirERA and the Alpes-Maritimes Cancer League will sign a partnership agreement at the Cancer League’s premises in Nice.
Through this shared commitment, both organizations aim to strengthen prevention and health promotion initiatives for the local population. This collaboration will help structure joint actions focused on raising awareness of respiratory health risk factors and promoting lung cancer screening.
Acting earlier to protect respiratory health
This partnership reflects a shared ambition to develop concrete prevention initiatives throughout the year. Actions may be carried out during major national awareness campaigns such as “Mois sans tabac” (Smoke-Free Month) and World No Tobacco Day.
The objective is to better inform the public about risk behaviors, particularly smoking, and to encourage healthier habits that help preserve respiratory health.
